Our machining and Cerakote services allow for custom modifications and finishes, enhancing both the performance and appearance of your firearms. As a type 07 FFL with a class 03 SOT, we specialize in NFA items, manufacturing, and selling suppressors, short-barreled rifles, shotguns, and machine guns from all major brands. We also offer significant discounts to qualified persons through the Silencerco SPEQ program.

For transfers, Goochland Gun Works offers efficient and reliable services for inbound and outbound transfers, person-to-person exchanges, and NFA items, with a clear fee structure and guidelines to ensure a smooth process. Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our transfer services, ensuring that your firearms are handled with care and professionalism. Firearms not picked up within the specified timeframes will incur a storage fee, with unclaimed firearms considered abandoned after three months. Transfers

ALL TRANSFER FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN CASH

  • Inbound – $28 for the first transfer, $20 for each additional transfer on the same transaction
    • Goochland Gun Works is happy to receive your inbound transfer
    • If the transferor of your firearm needs any information from us, such as a copy of our FFL/SOT, please have them reach out to us at info@goochlandgunworks.com, that email should include the name of the transferee, firearm details and the FFL of the transferor
    • Tracking information should be provided to you by the transferor, please do reach out to us regarding the tracking of your transfer
    • Allow Goochland Gun Works one (1) business day to process your shipment, same day pick-up is not available
    • Ensure that all inbound firearms for transfer include the transferor’s FFL/contact info and the transferee’s contact info, any order that does not adhere to these guidelines shall be subject to an additional handling fee of up to $25
    • Goochland Gun Works is not responsible for notifying the transferee of the arrival of their firearm
    • An inbound transfer can be expedited for same day pick-up for an additional fee of $20
  • Outbound – $45 plus shipping, shipping will be determined by the final packaged weight, dimensions, and insurance amount desired
  • Person to person – $15 for the seller and $23 for the buyer
  • NFA – $100

Firearms received for transfer must be picked up within two (2) weeks of arrival. Firearms not picked up within two (2) weeks of their arrival will be subject to a storage fee of $20 per month. Firearms not picked up with three (3) months will be considered abandoned and become property of Goochland Gun Works
